Darryl leads Willis Towers Watson’s Talent & Reward practice in Singapore and comes from an academic, corporate HR and consulting background. He was a senior lecturer at Canterbury University in New Zealand and has performed research, consulting and facilitation work in over 11 countries.
Darryl has over 20 years’ experience as a leading consultant/advisor, keynote speaker, and facilitator of workshops, focus groups and discussions. As the consulting lead for the “Future of Work” in South Asia, he has recently delivered a number of keynotes as well as provided advisory consultancy with both private and public sector organizations on the topic and the growing impact it is having on businesses, HR teams, and leadership behaviour and transformation.
Darryl has over 40 keynotes and publications relating to HR strategy, change, digital disruption, learning and development, talent management and leadership developing. His latest research interests relates to leadership behaviour change as well as the changing landscape of education in a disruptive technological world.
